Girdle sizing runs smaller due to seamless tech, please reference our chart.
You are likely one size larger than your usual size, especially if your thighs and glutes are developed.
If your measurements are between sizes, order the larger size. If your measurements for waist/thigh correspond to different sizes, order the larger size.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (where your body bends side to side) keeping the tape horizontal.
THIGH: Measure the circumference around the thickest part of your thigh. Do not flex your quad while measuring.
